This is a head for the liquid nitrogen cooling which I used. FH10040 of the alpha company was enclosed with an acrylic board. Mr. KENDON's copper plate and the pyramid buffer are installed. Moreover, an acrylic board and the buffer board are insulated from heat with the styrene board of 5mm thickness. A possible point reinforces two styrene boards and insulation is reinforced repeatedly. |
